This Enrollment & No‑Refund Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Soul Navigators Academy™, a division of Soul Navigators, LLC (“Academy”) and the undersigned student (“Student”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing Student’s enrollment in the Academy’s educational programs.
By signing this Agreement, Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms contained herein.
Student is enrolling in one or more educational programs offered by Soul Navigators Academy™.
Student understands and agrees that:
Access to digital course materials is delivered immediately upon purchase.
Digital content cannot be returned, revoked, or “unused.”
Because access is granted instantly, all sales are final.
Some content may be released sequentially (‘drip‑fed’) as coursework progresses.
Student acknowledges and agrees that:
All payments are final.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Non-participation
Change of mind
Financial circumstances
Perceived lack of results
No cancellations, reversals, or partial refunds are permitted.
Student accepts full responsibility for their decision to enroll.
Student agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider.
If a chargeback is initiated, the Academy will submit:
This signed Agreement
Proof of access
Proof of delivery
Communication records
…as evidence to the payment processor and issuing bank.
Initiating a chargeback is considered a breach of this Agreement.
If Student selects a payment plan:
Student agrees to complete all scheduled payments.
Payment plans are not cancellable.
Failure to complete payments may result in temporary suspension of access until payments are brought current.
Student understands that:
The Academy provides educational content, tools, and guidance.
Student is solely responsible for their participation, engagement, and results.
No specific outcomes, transformations, or timelines are guaranteed.
All course materials, videos, documents, and teachings are the intellectual property of Soul Navigators Academy™ and Soul Navigators, LLC.
Student agrees not to:
Share
Distribute
Reproduce
Teach
Resell
…any Academy materials without written permission.
Student agrees to:
Participate respectfully in community spaces
Uphold the energetic and ethical standards of the Academy
Avoid harassment, disruption, or harmful behavior
The Academy reserves the right to remove any Student who violates community guidelines without refund.
By signing below, Student confirms that they:
Have read and fully understand this Agreement
Agree to the No‑Refund Policy
Agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes
Are enrolling voluntarily and of their own free will
Understand that this Agreement is legally binding
